If you’re waiting to get to the front of the line in your green card category, you can check the March Visa Bulletin now for the latest dates. There’s good news again in some of the employment visa categories: EB-2 China moved forward 6 months to Sept. 1, 2010; EB-2 India advanced 16 months to Jan. 1, 2007, and EB-3 Philippines moved ahead 5 months to June 1, 2014 – less than a year ago! Family categories moved ahead a little, not a lot, generally 1 – 2 months.
